Amy & Jaissen went against the wedding norm and planned for an intimate family affair. Their ceremony took place at an historic church that now sits on the grounds of the Fanshawe Pioneer Village. The village itself was the perfect backdrop for photos that were both rich in colour and texture. The possibilities here are endless and it’s really one of my favourite places to shoot.
After a very relaxed photo shoot we arrived at Au Berg du Petit Prince, where delicious hors d’oeuvres and a tasty meal had been prepared. The dinner was held in the “Paris Room”, which just happens to be the city in which Jaissen proposed. Très Bonne!
So, here’s to you Amy & Jaissen – Kudos for planning a wedding that was truly about love, family and good food! Not to mention some really fabulous Chilean wine…
